WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

Here at Gary's Gadgets we stand behind our products and offer a 100% Ironclad 30 money back guarantee (30 days starts the day the product is delivered).  Any products can be returned if the customer is not satisfied with the product. See return for more information.  

THE STYLE/SIZE/COLOR I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK! WHEN WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

Gary's Gadgets gets our products from our participating merchants; it is really hard to say when will they get it back again. However, please let us know what products are you looking for and we will be more than happy to double check for you!

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Gary's Gadgets partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, please allow up to 5 days for warehouse handling and 10 to 30 working days delivery time as they may be shipping from our oversea warehouses. Please allow additional 10 to 12 working days delivery time during busy holiday seasons. We do not guarantee delivery before a specific date unless otherwise specified on the product page (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Birthday etc). Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking)  :)

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
